Refunds and Store Credit

All policies within this memo are accepted at the time of purchase. 

Policies

1.

If a product needs to be returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. This excludes any shipping errors that are made by Wicked Flame.

If you have incorrectly submitted any information relevant to the shipping and handling, please notify Wicked Flame as soon as possible. Once a product is made or shipped, returns will not be applicable. 

3.

If you find that you do not like our product, you will not receive a refund or store credit. This does not include negligence in creation or marketing of a product. All products have an elaborate description attached to them. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, please feel free to press the "Contact Us" button located on the home page. 

4.

 Please follow all warning labels, practice safe burning, and utilize common sense when using our products. Wicked Flame is not responsible for any damage to personal property caused by our products.
